Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping and taxation projects for offshore clients.

Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
Maintain and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed
Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis
Help ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
Assist with audits, including providing documentation and support
Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting
0 - 2 years' experience in accounting
Proficient in Quick Books
