About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to independently manage our India and UK payroll operations. US Payroll experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of payroll calculations, statutory regulations, and tax compliance in both regions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. Key Responsibilities: Independently process and manage the complete payroll cycle for our international entities (India and UK), including data input, calculations, deductions, and reconciliation. Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, and other compensation. Thorough knowledge of Indian statutory deductions including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund.
