Department : Production
  • Laser Tonnage improvement
  • OEE yield monitoring and improving
  • Laser Tonnage/head improvement
  • To improve the On time closure of Production order
  • Cut plates tonnage Adherence
  • Laser cutting CCSM Complaints pending > 7 days
  • Laser cutting Incidents
  • Laser cutting Employee Participation - Kaizen
  • Staff shift schedule planning with manager approval
  • Physical Stock vs SAP stock monitoring and reducing
  • Machine maintenance
  • Man power handling with shift allocation
  • Deburring section managing
  • RM stock monitoring on daily basis
  • New supplier identification (If required)
  • Laser Consumables monitoring
  • OP Laser cutting

Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years of Experience in Laser machine shop
  • Lean Techniques
  • Auto CAD, Solid works
  • Problem solving
  • SAP
  • Team Management
