Job description

Administer and manage Windows Servers.
Perform system backups and recovery.
Administer MSSQL and MySQL databases.
Implement and maintain server security measures.
Work with virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V.
Troubleshoot and resolve server-related tickets of low to medium complexity.
Own, respond to, resolve, and update assigned tickets, including escalated issues.
Ensure adherence to customer SLAs at all levels.
Collaborate effectively with other system administrators and support team members.

Required Candidate Profile

Proven experience administering Windows Server environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ownership and follow-through in completing tasks.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the web hosting industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
