You will be responsible for interpreting creative briefs and generating original design concepts that not only meet business objectives but also captivate our audience. Your deep understanding of design aesthetics and trends will be evident in the visually appealing designs you develop, ensuring a sophisticated and engaging brand presence. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and AI-based design tools like Midjourney, Canva, and Adobe Firefly will enable you to produce top-quality digital and print designs. Your specialized design skills, including creating high-quality compositions, color grading, and illustrations, will elevate the overall design quality and aesthetic appeal. Maintaining a high standard of precision in all design work, from alignment to typography, will be essential to ensure flawless visuals. Effective communication and presentation skills will allow you to articulate and pitch your creative ideas clearly to stakeholders, while also managing feedback constructively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and content, will be key to ensuring cohesive design strategies that align with our business goals.
