Experience youll need: Proven Expertise: 6+ years of experience as a senior recruiter, with a deep understanding of India s competitive hiring landscape. Innovative Sourcing: Skilled in using non-traditional sourcing techniques to engage passive talent through creative and diverse channels. Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration with candidates and stakeholders alike.
