Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to manage and grow sales in the TMT/TMX steel products segment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the construction or building materials industry and possess strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for TMT/TMX bars and other steel products.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities.
• Implement sales promotional activities to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
• Regularly visit construction sites and meet decision-makers to pitch products and close deals.
• Monitor stock levels with dealers/distributors and ensure timely replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, collections, and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team for timely order dispatches and deliveries.
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing fluctuations, and demand forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline ; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• 1–5 years of experience in steel/TMT bars or building material sales.
• Strong network of contacts in the construction and infrastructure industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and using CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
