Sr. Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our distribution network. You will play a key role in driving brand presence and product visibility in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Execute trade promotions, in-store branding, and visibility plans.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence.
• Ensure proper stock levels at retail and distributor points.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales (experience in the same product category is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with local markets and distribution networks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
