Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sr. Program Advisor/Academic Counsellor. The Sr. Program Advisor/Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing academic advising, career counseling, and student counseling to prospective and current students. Daily tasks include advising students on program selection, course content, and career opportunities, as well as assisting with the enrollment process and providing ongoing support throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge in Academic Advising and Education principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the higher education sector or relevant field is beneficial
