Sr Officer-Product Compliance

The Risk & Compliance team provides value add by: Defining, implementing and/or maintaining Risk & Compliance policies, standards and guidelines for VISHAY organization or assigned entities. Assessing business risks of all kind, pertaining to e.g., disaster planning, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. Acting as personal advisor in order to constantly increase organization's awareness for Risk & Compliance aspects. Setting up, leading or contributing to projects to implement standards or remediate Risk & Compliance issues identified. Ensuring, conducting or supporting related audits, and initiates change processes in cooperation with accountable management. Ensuring or executing proper documentation and filing of regulations, reports, compliance documents, lists etc. Interacts and/or exchanges information with local or regional regulatory authorities. A job at this level: Selects and utilizes precedents, methods, tools and procedural guidance given. Executes non-routine and case-specific analytics to support creation of presentations, reports, and functional concepts. Supports professionals in assessments, audits, risk analyses. Supports the sign and implementation of functional guidelines in order to ensure regulatory compliance.
