Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team to ensure effective execution of hiring plans. Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent across industries. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs. Drive full-cycle recruitment across all functions (Tech, Non-Tech, Operations, etc.). Implement and optimize recruiting tools, ATS, and sourcing channels. Create and monitor recruitment KPIs, reports, and dashboards for leadership review. Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies in recruitment practices. Manage recruitment budgets and external vendor partnerships (agencies, job portals, etc.). Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs through proactive sourcing strategies. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field preferred. Proven experience in managing and scaling recruitment functions in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employer branding. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
