Lead a team of Recruiters/Sr. Recruiters Expert in the full life-cycle IT Recruitment process Daily task allocation to the team along with delivery schedules Training and mentoring of the team members daily Track and monitor daily tasks and CV production numbers Schedule and manage daily Interviews and weekend drives Attend Client meetings and events when required Always maintain updated data and status on the Closures Strict adherence to the Processes and SOPs Achieve the Team targets on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis Can handle 10 to 15 recruiters in team and Report to the Management Strong work ethic and sense of commitment. Excellent communication skills, aptitude required - oral and written. Self-driven to achieve assigned targets. Ability to research, understand the business process Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with Team.
