Sr. Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with 5-6 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and construction elements.

• Design Development:
• Create and develop interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentation drawings.
• Ensure design solutions comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams to integrate design with construction plans.
• Participate in site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material selection and procurement.
• Documentation & Detailing:
• Produce detailed construction drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, and joinery details using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical submittals.
• Client Engagement:
• Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Guide clients through the design process and advise on trends, materials, and spatial solutions.
• Project Management:
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for interior design aspects.
• Oversee site execution and quality control in coordination with the construction team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5-6 years of professional experience in interior design within the construction or real estate sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite,
