Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles. Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower requirements. Draft and post job descriptions on various portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of telephonic/virtual interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with concerned departments. Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness). Handle offer negotiation and documentation for selected candidates. Support campus hiring and walk-in drives as required. Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR operations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
