SR. EXECUTIVE/ SR. DEVELOPER

As a Senior Executive/Senior Developer at Maier Vidorno Altios, a prominent service company specializing in international market expansion for SMEs and medium-sized companies, you will play a crucial role in the organization's growth and success. With over 50 years of combined experience in international trade and investments, and a global presence in 22 countries, including India and worldwide, you will be part of a dynamic team of 750+ professionals across 32 offices. In this position, you will be responsible for full stack development, adhering to application engineering methodologies and coding standards. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to design software architecture, writing clean and scalable code using .NET programming languages, and testing and deploying applications and systems. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and address bottlenecks and bugs effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines. Your communication skills will be essential as you interact with seniors and other team members to understand project requirements and address any issues promptly. A positive approach and a focus on accuracy and quality deliverables will be key attributes for success in this role. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior Associate Developers and advocating for best coding practices. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications, configuring existing systems, and integrating applications with SAP SQL and HANA. Collaborating with other development teams for integrations and deployment will be crucial for the success of projects. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, have at least 4 years of working experience, and be fluent in both English and Hindi. A clear understanding of processes, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment will be essential.
