Your key responsibilities include:
Working in collaboration with the team to maintain an in-depth understanding of
HR systems, processes, policies, and practices.
Working along with Business leaders and support HR related activities
partnering with the business.
Partner with team in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and
initiatives that add value to both our business and employees.
Assisting day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding, offboarding
and providing support in handling employee relations matters, conflict
resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
To promote the use of HR systems policies and processes, challenging
appropriately as necessary.
Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implement changes necessary to cover
risks.
Assisting in preparing HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management review.
Supporting team members and act as coach for the better performance and
productivity, reviewing the performance of reportees.
Supporting the HR manager in executing various HR projects and initiatives, such
as employee engagement surveys, performance management systems, learning &
development.
Drive event s and activities aimed at developing an employee friendly culture
thereby increasing employee motivation.
Visit onsite employees at our client locations monthly/quarterly.
To excel in this role, you need:
Proficiency in HRIS (human resources information systems, preferred Zoho) and
other HR software.
A solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
Good work experience in advanced Excel, presentations, and MS office
