Executive / Sr. Executive – Call Centre (Outbound Sales – DTH Process)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for selling DTH products (ARP, Winback, VAS, CPE Recovery).
  • Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and provide effective resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to TRAI/DND compliance and call quality standards.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate lead/customer information.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in outbound telesales (DTH, Telecom, BFSI preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Target-oriented with a strong sales and customer focus.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools is a plus.
