Job Description

We re hiring a high-impact Sales engineers - Sales to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Pursue and convert sales leads to meet revenue targets
Qualify Market qualified leads .
G enerate new leads
Present technical presentations to potential customers.
Negotiate and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in manufacturing industries.
Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities.
Track and report competitor activity.

Education

Bachelor s / Diploma in Engineering

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably manufacturing domains.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Selling in manufacturing industries, MES, ERP etc., machine tools, cutting tools and accessories.
Familiarity with real-time machine monitoring solutions is desirable.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Territory revenue target achievement and growth.
Number of new accounts acquired .
