About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with a strong network and proven ability to drive sales in the real estate and interior design sectors.Special Preference will be given to candidates who are ex-members or ex-employees of associations such as: Banking Associations Housing Societies or Housing Boards Real Estate Groups or Builder Networks Co-operative Employee Unions or Welfare Associations These individuals usually carry strong client trust and pre-built professional networks, which help in immediate business generation. Key Responsibilities: 1.Leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads in property sales and interior projects 2.Convert high-potential leads through meetings, presentations, and effective follow-ups 3.Collaborate with housing societies, banking professionals, builders, and interior design clients 4.Conduct site visits and property showings, and explain design concepts tailored to client needs 5.Build long-term relationships with individual buyers, investors, and commercial clients Preferred Candidate Profile: Background: Former or current members of banking associations, real estate groups, housing societies, employee unions, or similar networks Network Strength: Must have strong local/regional contacts that can convert into business Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Application Question(s): Have you Joined in Any associations before? if yes Mention the name and Position and duration of the post held.
