We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering suitable solutions, and converting inquiries into sales. This role is crucial in creating a positive customer experience and driving revenue growth. Location: Chandigarh Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Rotational Preferred Candidate: Female candidates preferred Key Responsibilities: Interact with walk-in and inquiry-based customers to understand their requirements. Guide and counsel customers regarding products/services offered. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline.
