Sr. Business Analyst

As a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will be a key member of our team, contributing to the success of Salesforce implementations and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include defining, gathering, and documenting business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers. Your key responsibilities will involve eliciting and documenting business requirements through thorough requirements-gathering sessions, analyzing business processes for improvement opportunities, and documenting requirements using industry-standard methodologies. You will also be responsible for creating detailed functional specifications, developing data mapping documents, and documenting and analyzing existing business processes. Additionally, you will participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities, collaborate with the development team to ensure successful system implementation, and provide ongoing support to end-users post go-live. Stakeholder management is crucial in this role, requiring you to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues, and contribute to the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. To qualify for this position, you should have 8-10 years of total experience with at least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Salesforce certifications, particularly Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or other relevant certifications, are preferred. Strong technical skills in Salesforce CRM functionalities, Salesforce configuration, customization, SQL, data analysis techniques, and Agile development methodologies are essential for this role.
