Sr Analyst - Venture Capital

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in tax compliance related to Partnership structures (GP/LP/LLC).
• Working knowledge of

  Venture Capital fund structures, investor communication, and tax deliverables

  (e.g., K-1s).
• Familiarity and experience with

  FATCA

  compliance and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written

  communication skills

• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, timelines and deliverables efficiently.
• Proficiency in tracking, documenting and reporting using internal tools and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Internal Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for fund clients.
• Follow up with clients for data requests and coordinate with the internal Accounting and Bookkeeping team for preparation of fund financials.
• Coordinate with the internal Person-in-Charge, Managers, and assigned staff at various stages of the project.
• Communicate directly with fund entities and investors as needed, including managing and delivering K-1s.
• Coordinate with the internal Operations Team for administrative and compliance reporting.

Tax Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure timely preparation and filing of:

• Applicable election statements for newly incorporated entities.
• Estimates, extensions, and final returns for all entities and individuals within the group.
• Maintain up-to-date and complete permanent documentation for all entities.
• Track and ensure timely completion of deliverables for both entity-level and individual-level

  tax compliance

• Monitor and ensure adherence to

  FATCA compliance

  requirements across all deliverables.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement automation or process improvement opportunities in the

  Venture Capital vertical.

• Work closely with senior management to build scalable systems for the

  VC fund

  service line.
