Take on a new challenge and apply your **supplier quality management and industrial process validation** expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside **dedicated and innovative** teammates.You'll ensure that our supplier processes and product developments meet the highest quality standards, contributing directly to Alstom's commitment to excellence in mobility solutions. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across engineering, production, and supplier management, **validate supplier processes** and **drive continuous improvement initiatives**, and much more.Youll specifically take care of **product development validation** and **supplier industrial process validation**, but also **monitor supplier performance and enhance quality frameworks**.Well look to you for:
Ensuring product quality robustness during the concept and specification phases
Participating in design reviews to assess manufacturing feasibility
Defining project quality requirements and validating technical specifications
Performing product risk analysis with the engineering team
Managing supplier industrial process development and validation
Supervising process audits and ensuring supplier capacity meets project needs
Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring first deliveries meet quality expectations
Promoting continuous improvement and sharing best practices across teams

Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering (BE/B.Tech)
6 years minimum experience in relevant domains or industries
Understanding of supplier quality management and industrial processes
Knowledge of risk analysis and process FMEA methodologies
Familiarity with technical specification validation and supplier audits
A commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
