Tasks and Responsibility:

Process Excellence:
Commitment to drive process excellence in operations. Develop and improve standardized processes related to Supply chain and Production operations processes. Assist with the definition and design of tools, standard operat-ing procedures, and processes. Contribute to RCA, Kaizen activities, and Audit processes to identify bottlenecks, Risks, and drive process improvement. Leverage and share best practices across global operations. Service Delivery Must have good knowledge on Product Master (material types, Material group, sales data, Production data (BOM/MR, Work scheduling data, routing), Inventory & Costing) & Customer Master Monitoring Master data quality in and across regions and sug-gest maintenance tasks accordingly Participate in data governance and drive initiatives to ensure the delivery of milestones and timelines for data operations requirements Support & Collaborate with the Supply Operations, Manufacturing & Quality Teams Resolve complex problems with limited guidance. Proactively identify data defects and solve them at scale using technology and processes. Own resolution of escalated tasks through the Salesforce com-plaint management system and CAPTURE systems. Conduct regular touch base meetings to liaise with other inter-nal departments as required to resolve issues and questions. Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.

Coaching and Knowledge Building:
Aggregate information about tools, services, and knowledge from Line of Business teams in SCM and other GCC-relevant teams. Ensure to complete correspondence and required documents for respective employee actions. Develop Performance dashboards and present them to the management team on a regular frequency.

Skills: Fluent in the English language (both verbal & written) Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in SAP ECC SD module, MDG, CRM, MS Office, Visio, and other process mapping tools. High sense of responsibility and accuracy. Self-starter with the ability to face challenges, resolve issues and implement improvements. Should have good insight and willingness to try new ideas and consider new approaches. Experience managing cross-functional projects with a track record of delivery and impact at scale in organizations. Ability to influence management, problem-solving skills, and manage relationships with global teams. Demonstrated experience delivering soft skills, program skills, and systems/tools training Prior data analysis and reporting experience preferred

Education & Experience: Bachelor s or master s degree in operations, International Trade, Logistics, Business, or allied fields. 6-10 years of experience in program/project/product management Experience in driving multiple, ambiguous projects Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within and out-side of the GCC organization
