Our Purpose Title and Summary Manager Product Management (Data Insights) The Economics and Locations Insights program is seeking an experienced and dynamic Solution Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, integrating, and developing advanced data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The Solution Architect will bring expertise in data insights and analytics products, as well as strong technical skills in databases, coding, and solution development. Additionally, this individual will serve as the key liaison for translating client feedback into actionable features, capabilities, and functions. The role also involves evaluating, selecting, and integrating third-party data or application partners to enhance the overall value of our solution suite. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of innovative data solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs. Leverage expertise in data insights, analytics products, and technical skills to build robust, scalable solutions. Serve as the primary lead in interpreting client feedback and translating it into new solution capabilities, features, and functions. Identify, evaluate, and integrate third-party data or application partners to enrich the suite of solutions and provide added value to clients. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and strategic initiatives. Ensure the integration of technical best practices, performance, and scalability in all solution designs. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members and cross-functional teams to execute complex projects effectively. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solution development, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance. Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) in solution architecture, with a focus on data analytics, insights, and product development. Strong technical expertise in databases, coding (e.g., Python, SQL, Java), and solution integration. Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data technologies (Big Data, ETL, Data Lakes). Demonstrated ability to interpret client needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Experience evaluating and integrating third-party partners, applications, or data sources into enterprise solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-impact, scalable solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies and project management. Certifications in cloud platforms or relevant solution architecture frameworks. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their integration into data-driven solutions.
