Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive (AMC) and corrective maintenance of rooftop solar PV systems.
• Monitor system performance through remote portals and on-site inspections. Identify
  

• In case of system failures or performance issues, quickly identify, troubleshoot / repair the
  

• Ensure timely resolution of system issues to minimize system downtime.
• Prepare and submit report of maintenance activities to management and customer.
• Coordinate with vendors and technicians for repairs, replacements or module cleaning.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing O&M-related queries and
  

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in solar energy systems
  

• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2-5 years of experience in solar power
  

• Solid understanding of solar PV systems and electrical components, ability to identify and
  

• Proven ability to optimize plant performance and to meet guaranteed generation to customer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to various project sites as needed.
