Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Software Testing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing and a strong desire to share their knowledge with aspiring students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and structured training sessions on Software Testing concepts (Manual & Automation).
Teach tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Postman, Cucumber, Jenkins, and others.
Design course content, assessments, and real-time project tasks.
Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support learner success.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the training.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Software Testing (Manual & Automation).
Strong command of testing life cycle, defect management, and automation frameworks.
Familiarity with tools like Selenium, JIRA, Git, Maven, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior training experience preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
