About the Role:

As a Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge auto-hiring software. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to demonstrate our product's value to potential customers, manage the sales cycle from demonstration to closing, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of our auto-hiring software to prospective clients.
• Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Proactively follow up on payments and ensure successful deal closures.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our software solutions can address them.

What We're Looking For:

• A Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
