Software Sales Engineer

Qualsoft, an Edtech software company, is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra. As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Qualsoft, your key responsibilities will include identifying, researching, and generating leads within colleges, universities, and educational groups. You will be expected to conduct presentations and demos of the QualCampus ERP solution to academic and administrative stakeholders. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers such as Directors, Principals, Registrars, and IT Heads will be essential. It is imperative to understand client requirements and customize solutions accordingly, as well as to follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets is a crucial part of this role. You will also need to coordinate with the technical team for requirement gathering and implementation support, as well as maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM. Additionally, attending educational expos, seminars, and networking events will be expected.
