Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting continuous growth and development.
Design and architect scalable, cloud-native backend solutions for real-time eCommerce applications.
Drive project execution, including planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Frontend, and DevOps.
Implement best practices in coding, code reviews, testing, and software quality.
Encourage a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in hiring and team-building efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong programming skills in one or more of: Java, Python, Go, etc.
Experience working in an eCommerce or consumer-facing tech environment.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
