Role & Responsibilities: - Support at Level 1 ERP Navision, Networking, Firewalls & CCTV Surveillance Full support of ERP Navision 2016/ Business Central with internal team Manage & Support Networking (ILL & Broadband) Manage & Support CCTV Surveillance, DVR/NVR - installation, issues, recording Firewall Management (Policy, VPN, Web Filtering, Anti-Spam, Port Blocking and Forwarding) Answer Emails & calls on daily basis Perform activities like OS installations, windows update, software updates, system hardware issue, printer installation Email id creation/ deletion / modification Follow up & coordination with internal stakeholder for IT Payments of vendors. Manage Antivirus Management - installation, group policies, monitoring. Prior Experience from Retail Organizations is must in this role.
