Software Development Trainee

The selected intern(s) will work on the following tasks during the internship: Core Development Work, Software Testing, Database Development, Mobile Development, Research and Development of new features, and Product Architecture enhancement. We are seeking brilliant computer science students who are familiar with Object-Oriented programming, interested in building a career as a software developer, and who enjoy technical challenges. As an intern, you will have critical responsibilities in the development of our Business Process Management application. Company is looking for an intern with experience in software design, coding, and debugging. The knowledge of these areas is essential for all applicants, and experience gained in the classroom and through personal application will be accepted. Responsibilities include architecting, building, and maintaining high-performance, flexible, and highly scalable web and mobile applications. You will participate in designing, estimating effort, implementing, testing, debugging, configuring, integrating, and documenting database, middle-tier, and front-end code. Additionally, the role involves developing applications, diagnosing performance bottlenecks, implementing optimizations, designing with the end-user in mind, surveying and evaluating available technology options, contributing to product design and feature selection discussions, and participating in code reviews to ensure technical implementations meet functional requirements. Requirements for the position include a BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or relevant experience), experience in object-oriented programming, a strong foundation in computer science, and the ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge to solve real problems. Proficiency in web front-end basics such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery) is required. Bonus points will be awarded for mobile software development experience, preferably with Android/IOS. The internship has one opening with a duration of 6 months. The stipend will be disclosed after the face-to-face interview. The location for the internship is Bhopal.
