The selected intern(s) will work on the following tasks during the internship: Core Development Work, Software Testing, Database Development, Mobile Development, Research and Development of new features, and Product Architecture enhancement. As an intern, you will have critical responsibilities in the development of our Business Process Management application. Company is looking for an intern with experience in software design, coding, and debugging. The knowledge of these areas is essential for all applicants, and experience gained in the classroom and through personal application will be accepted. Responsibilities include architecting, building, and maintaining high-performance, flexible, and highly scalable web and mobile applications. You will participate in designing, estimating effort, implementing, testing, debugging, configuring, integrating, and documenting database, middle-tier, and front-end code. Additionally, the role involves developing applications, diagnosing performance bottlenecks, implementing optimizations, designing with the end-user in mind, surveying and evaluating available technology options, contributing to product design and feature selection discussions, and participating in code reviews to ensure technical implementations meet functional requirements. Requirements for the position include a BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or relevant experience), experience in object-oriented programming, a strong foundation in computer science, and the ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge to solve real problems. Proficiency in web front-end basics such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery) is required. Bonus points will be awarded for mobile software development experience, preferably with Android/IOS. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and collaborating closely with project managers, user experience specialists, designers, analysts, and client stakeholders to create advanced systems that enhance business efficiency and support operations. As a Solution Architect in the Product Division based in Bhopal, you will be expected to possess a strong passion for software development and clean design, with a particular emphasis on user experience. Your key responsibilities will include interpreting business requirements and functional specifications to formulate solution designs and technical development requirements. You should have a proven track record of demonstrating good judgment and a practical approach in delivering software solutions that align with the company's overall needs, business constraints, and technological realities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in setting technical direction and leading development and QA teams, both onshore and offshore. You should also have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in various areas, such as enterprise, multi-threaded, and SOA application development, as well as expertise in Microsoft .Net Framework, web technologies, and database management. Moreover, you must possess a solid understanding of Design Patterns, Entity Framework, Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies like Scrum.
