You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the team in implementing best practices for software development. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development. Mentor junior team members and help them grow in their roles. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OutSystems. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience in designing and developing scalable applications. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in OutSystems. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
