Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization. - Experience with database management and administration. - Familiarity with cloud computing environments and services. - Knowledge of security best practices in application development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
