Social Media Marketing Specialist

• Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) aligned with brand goals and campaign KPIs.
• Own the content calendar and ideate, draft, and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to create thumb-stopping creatives and storytelling.
• Monitor and engage with the community; respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voice.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on ROAS, CAC, CPM, and CTR.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and native insights dashboards.
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to recommend actionable strategies.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns in line with brand positioning.
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to support business initiatives through social.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,158.16 - ₹25,075.10 per month
