Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role : We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic WhatsApp Marketing Intern to join our marketing team in Gurugram. In this role, you'll help drive customer engagement and retention by managing WhatsApp-based promotional and transactional campaigns. Key Responsibilities : Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for product/service promotion. Develop and share engaging content, offers, and updates via WhatsApp Business API. Segment user lists and personalize messaging to maximize conversions. Respond to customer queries and provide real-time support over WhatsApp. Work with the creative and content team to align messaging tone with brand guidelines. Track performance using tools like Google Sheets, CRM, or analytics dashboards.
