Industry: Men’s Ethnic Wear | Startup Role – Build From Scratch

PMARK is an emerging men’s ethnic wear brand rooted in timeless style and contemporary flair. We’re on a mission to redefine Indian menswear with sophistication, comfort, and culture — and now we’re ready to take that mission online.

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands, to build and grow our social media presence from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Develop a social media launch and growth strategy for PMARK across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & more
• Set up and manage our social media handles, brand voice, and visual identity
• Plan and execute engaging content around men’s ethnic fashion: photoshoots, reels, styling tips, BTS, festivals, etc.
• Collaborate with creative teams for model shoots, lookbooks, and campaign visuals
• Run performance-driven paid campaigns to build community and drive traffic
• Track analytics, prepare reports, and optimize strategy based on insights
• Identify and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand values

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of results
• Deep understanding of ethnic fashion, menswear trends, and audience preferences
• Proven ability to set up and scale brand pages from scratch
• Strong visual and aesthetic sense for premium fashion branding
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, paid promotions, and influencer strategy
• Bonus: Hands-on with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar content tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Gandhi Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
