Job Title: Social Media Manager (Meta Ads Specialist)

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms, with a focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ad campaigns (Lead Gen, Conversions, Traffic, etc.)
• Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve results
• Analyze social media insights and prepare monthly reports
• Coordinate with the content team for timely and engaging posts

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing and Meta Ads
• Proven track record of running successful paid ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad creatives
• Excellent communication and time-management skills

Preferred: Experience with other platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
