Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years

Job Description:

Digital Dreams Inc. is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our company's social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, have strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content tailored to each platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
• Create and curate engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Monitor social media channels and respond to queries in a timely manner
• Track analytics, generate performance reports, and optimize campaigns based on data
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to support campaign planning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, tools, and applications
• Run paid ad campaigns and manage budgets (Meta Ads knowledge is a plus)

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager (1-2 years)
• Strong understanding of various social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Ability to write catchy captions and create engaging content
• Experience with social media tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and ad performance tracking
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
