Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Darbhanga. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating content, and optimizing social media channels. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, crafting engaging posts, monitoring analytics, and staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure brand consistency and engaging with followers to foster community growth.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing Content Strategies
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative mindset and analytical skills for measuring social media success
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus
