SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN (Instagram Growth - @tminetwork.jobs) Location : Hyderabad | Duration : 3–6 months | Stipend : Performance-linked | Start Date : Immediate We’re looking for an Instagram-native, content-obsessed, DM-slaying intern who lives and breathes reels, job memes, and community engagement. You’ll be working with the marketing head of TMI Network to grow our handle @tminetwork.jobs from 2.5K → 50K+ followers by turning job content into dopamine hits for India's aspiring workforce. This is not a chai-fetching internship. This is a career-launching, reel-breaking, message-blowing growth challenge. Your Role: 🎥 Ideate, script, and post 1 reel/day (yes, daily!) that makes job seekers stop scrolling 💬 Reply to DMs like a pro – convert curiosity into job applications 🧠 Come up with wild, smart, relatable content ideas that Gen Z actually cares about 🖼️ Create Insta stories, carousels, polls, and “tap-friendly” job alerts 📊 Track what’s working (and what’s not), tweak captions, hashtags, and formats weekly 🚀 Run Instagram ad campaigns and community giveaways You Are: An Instagram junkie: You know what’s trending before it shows up on Reels tab A strong communicator: Fluent in English + Hindi or Telugu Obsessed with growth: You dream in follower counts, viral reach, and shares Smart + scrappy: Canva, CapCut, InShot – you know your way around all Not afraid of numbers: You check Reel insights like others check the weather Ambitious AF: You want to prove yourself , not just pass time Bonus Points if: You’ve run your own meme/reel/career page (even with <5K followers!) You’ve worked on reels that got 10K+ views You’ve used tools like Meta Creator Studio, Canva, etc What you get!
