We are hiring a creative and energetic Social Media Intern who knows how to capture attention, tell stories visually , and grow engagement across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can blend design, editing, and strategy to make our solar brand stand out online. Key Responsibilities: Create Engaging Instagram Reels, Stories & LinkedIn Content: Plan and produce dynamic short-form content tailored to each platform. Focus on storytelling, trends, and relevance to our solar audience. Design On-Brand Graphics Using Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator: Develop visually appealing designs for posts, stories, and highlights that align with Advit Ventures’ brand language and tone. Edit Short-Form Videos for Reels & Promotional Use: Use tools like CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro to craft high-quality, attention-grabbing videos that communicate our value in seconds. Monitor Daily Posts & Coordinate with Our Marketing Agency: Track published content, ensure daily posting consistency, and align with third-party digital partners for seamless execution. Share Posts Through DMs to Generate Organic Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential audiences by directly sharing relevant posts through Instagram DMs to drive interaction and visibility. Respond to DMs/Comments & Follow Up with Leads or Queries: Actively manage communication on our social platforms by replying to comments and messages, and forwarding serious queries to the sales or support teams. Maintain a Content Calendar & Track Campaign Performance: Help plan and organize content in advance using a calendar. Track engagement metrics, identify top-performing formats, and optimize based on insights. Skills Required: Graphic Design Proficiency (Canva is a must; Adobe tools are a plus) Video Editing Skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar) Good understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn engagement tactics Basic copywriting skills for captions and post text Highly creative, consistent, and deadline-oriented Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail Bonus: Experience handling social media for a brand or project What You’ll Gain: Real-world exposure to brand building in a solar enterprise Direct mentorship from the founder & leadership Exposure to startup-like culture and real business growth High performers may receive extension and full time offers Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Why do you want to intern at Advit Ventures?
