-Are eager to learn new tools (AI), trends, and strategies
-Are open to feedback, mentorship, and hands-on training
-Have strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
-Love the digital world and have a growth mindset
-Basic video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.)
-Google My Business
-Google Ads/FB Ads
