Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Skills Trainer at Rama University, located in Kanpur. The Skills Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance students' presentation skills, life skills, communication skills, and soft skills. The role involves preparing training materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.

Qualifications

Strong Presentation Skills
Experience in Training & Development
Ability to teach Life Skills and Soft Skills
Excellent Communication skills
Proven ability to engage and motivate learners
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
Experience in an academic setting is a plus
