Our services include space planning, furniture selection, color consultation, lighting design, and project management to bring our clients' vision to life. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at project sites, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining project documentation. Additionally, they will enforce safety protocols and quality standards, while communicating regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress. Qualifications Experience in project management and site supervision in the interior design, decoration, or renovation industry Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors Ability to interpret design plans and drawings Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred Experience working in Bengaluru or knowledge of local industry standards is a plus Show more Show less
