Role Summary

Identify and evaluate site-level opportunities and provide local intelligence for new development leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with local developers, owners, and municipal officials.

• Scout sites, assess location viability, and collect site data.

• Coordinate site visits for the internal team.

• Provide inputs on regional demand and brand suitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years in hotel brokerage, real estate, or local development.

• Strong communication and networking skills in the region.

• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
