Key Responsibilities:

Site Strategy:
Drive merchandising strategies to enhance user engagement and improve conversion rates.
Content Coordination:
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure content is aligned, impactful, and revenue-driven.
Analytics:
Track KPIs, analyze customer behavior, and derive actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to bring merchandising stories to life.
Site Hygiene:
Perform daily checks to maintain visual and functional consistency across devices.
Team Management:
Lead and guide the site merchandising team to deliver excellence.

Requirements:

Minimum
5 years
of experience in
e-commerce or retail site merchandising
Strong analytical and business acumen
Experience working with performance metrics, product discovery, and online retail trends
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
