Job Summary: We are looking for an automotive industry professional to manage strategic partnerships with major automotive and motorcycle retailers. The successful candidate will drive growth through auto parts stores, dealerships, motorcycle dealers, and automotive service chains. Key Responsibilities: Automotive Account Management Onboarding & manage key automotive retail accounts including parts chains, dealerships, Develop account strategies for different automotive retail formats Execute joint business planning with major automotive parts retailers Build strategic partnerships with automotive service chains and motorcycle dealerships Technical Sales Support Provide technical product knowledge and fitment support to retail partners Coordinate automotive parts training and product education programs Support retailers with technical cat-alogs and fitment information Manage automotive parts lookup systems and compatibility databases Automotive Sales Growth Achieve sales targets across assigned automotive retail accounts Negotiate terms for automotive parts stocking and promotional support Plan seasonal campaigns for automotive maintenance and motorcycle riding seasons Monitor automotive parts performance and implement category- specific growth strategies Industry Relationship Building Build relationships with automotive service managers and parts buyers Participate in automotive trade shows and motorcycle industry events Manage relationships with automotive technician communities Coordinate with motorcycle clubs and automotive enthusiast groups Service & Support Excellence Coordinate with logistics team on automotive parts distribution and delivery Manage automotive warranty claims and technical support issues Handle automotive parts returns and core exchange programs Ensure smooth processing of commercial and retail automotive orders Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). 58 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the automobile or motorcycle industry . Strong understanding of the automotive market, distribution models, and product lifecycles. Proven ability to manage multiple key accounts and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required.
