Site Incharge

• Assisting the site in-charge in planning and coordinating all activities related to the construction project or site operations.
• Supervising and coordinating the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records of project progress, costs, and schedules, and reporting regularly to the site in-charge.
• Providing support and guidance to team members as required.
• Coordinating the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and other third-party organizations as required.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, proposals, and other project-related documentation.
• Contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to site operations.
• Undertaking any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the site in-charge.
